Over time, our cuisine has been widened and enriched with a great variety of top-quality products.

For starters, we offer hake loin with onions from Fuentes, Andalusian style cuttlefish with a vegetable crunch and fresh foie with grape sauce.

Grilling is our preferred cooking method and is used for our fillet steak, sirloin and famous T-bone steak. Our famous fresh fish (hake, sole, sea bass) are cooked and presented in a variety of ways.

To conclude, our desserts delight our customers.
